I can't believe it either, but my baby is officially 2 years old as of yesterday.  Words can't even describe...

Have you ever had an experience that was so profound or meaningful or enlightening (searching for the right word here), that it actually went back in time and completely morphed previous events?  For example, do you remember watching the movie The 6th Sense for the first time and when you got to the end that missing piece of information actually reached back in time and completely altered the experience you thought you were having?

That's how I feel when I look back on some of our early fears and worries regarding our sweet Lamp.  In some ways, of course I was scared--we didn't even know if our baby would live--but in some way it's like that sadness never existed.  How could that sadness, fear and uncertainty ever existed when all along it was our beautiful, perfect Lamp?  She is the bacon to our eggs and the peanut butter to our jelly.  If there's one thing we all agree on it's, 

WE LOVE LAMP!
