Potato, Leek and Feta Tart




Sometimes when browsing through magazines--in an actual store, not at home--I find a recipe, idea, decoration, etc. that I really want to remember but I don't want to buy the whole magazine. So I take a picture on my camera phone! Yay! That's how I got the recipe for this amazing Potato, Leek and Feta Tart. It's been a big hit with family and friends. I'm going to share this recipe with you just the way I have to read it myself. I wish I could remember what magazine I got it from....but I can't. And I kinda like it that way.




*I use a homemade pie crust. Also, you should cook the potato's in the skillet before hand as well...cuts down on baking time and they're not undercooked...bonus.

  4. That looks delish... but I think I'd be the only one in my family eating it after all the hard work :) I still want to try it though. BTW, it's been too long since I've had THE banana cream pie- remember when you sent us cheesecake for christmas last year? I wonder if that travels as well ha ha :)
