"New" Skinny Jeans

A few weeks ago Liz posted a tutorial on making skinny pants from regular pants and I kinda wanted to give it a try.  {I sorta have a thing for re-vamping my clothes.}  Then Melancholy Smile posts about her skinny jean make-over and I thought...what the hay, so here's a pic of my skinny jean makeover! I'm very pleased. I've been looking for the perfect pair of skinny jeans For-Ev-R and couldn't find the right pair...now it's done and it was FREE.  I used a pair of jeans that I never wear, but now I'll wear them all the time.  I wasn't even trying to be green about it, but now I can hang with all the celebrities and talk about how I just loooooove recycling...and I'm soooooooo hip...

{On a wacky celebrity side note...I was really disappointed when B woke me up this morning because I was in the middle of the coolest dream.  I was dreaming that I was back working at a restaurant--will I ever stop having restaurant dreams?--and the last table of the night came in and suddenly everyone was buzzing around because it was Alan Thicke!  {the dad from Growing Pains. duh.} and then as I got closer to the table I realized it wasn't just Alan Thicke, but the ENTIRE cast from Growing Pains was there... having a Growing Pains reunion at our restaurant!!!  Joanne Kearns, Kirk Cameron, Tracey Gold....I was so excited...and then B woke me up.  Bummer.}
