Apple Picking

As per the suggestions from you, dear readers, I've done some of the fun fall things you told me about.  One of the fall must-do's if you live in the Northeast is to go apple picking.  We went last year and had a lot of fun, but this year we went to Lawrence Farms at Jessica's suggestion and it was even better.  And I'm glad Liz mentioned getting apple cider doughnuts because they are not to be missed!  Here are some favorite shots from the day.

{First up is this little children's village that I fell in love with...there are little buildings for kids to play in and they were so cute.  The details in each one, both inside and out were brilliant.  Pictured below is the school--exterior and interior-- and Beanie in the Fire Department.}

Thanks again for the suggestions everyone!  I also spent a day at Sleep Hollow and we will be returning at the end of the month for The BLAZE!  Check it out if you're in the area.

  2. Okay, I have to say that is the CUTEST pic of you two where you are walking. Like mother, like daughter...you two are in the same exact walking pose. I think that picture should be framed in your house. ;)
